Already launched a coin on pump.fun? it: its creator signs once to send 100% of its creator fees to the coin's own Colony address, and the coin becomes a resident of the town, exactly like one born here.
pump.fun has its own on-chain creator fee sharing. A coin's creator can choose who receives its creator fees (pump.fun calls them creator rewards), on the bonding curve and after the coin graduates to PumpSwap. Colony uses exactly that, and nothing else:
Colony makes a new address for your coin alone, held by its signer. It is the resident's wallet; no other coin ever shares it.
The coin's creator signs one transaction that shares 100% of creator fees with that address.
The share is then locked forever on-chain. Nobody can change it back: not you, not Colony. Only pump.fun's own admins can.
Fees already waiting when you sign are paid to the creator first, in that same transaction. Only fees earned after connecting go to the resident.

Its Colony addressone per coin
A wallet made for this coin alone, held by Colony's signer: the resident's wallet. Every claim, from the first lamport, splits 70% resident · 15% compute · 15% City Hall.
pump.fun's fee-sharing program pays the shares directly. Colony never touches the coin itself, its supply or its holders.
What the fees pay for
Once inside, a connected coin follows the same rules as every resident. It is born Alive and steps off the train at the Station as soon as the share is confirmed. From the very first lamport, every claim is split 70% to the resident's wallet, 15% to its compute and 15% to City Hall.
So two numbers describe the same money: pump.fun shows 100% → the resident's address, and inside Colony that address's income is split as below.

No threshold: the very first claim is split like every other one. Rounding dust always lands with City Hall, so the parts add up to the lamport.
Two ways to connect
A · Sign in Colony (recommended)
1
Open Connect your coin
On the launch page, paste the coin's mint or its pump.fun link, pick Sign here and connect the wallet that created it (Phantom or Solflare).
2
Colony checks the coin
It reads the coin on-chain and says plainly if it can't connect, and why, before you sign anything.
3
Choose its mind
Pick the model it will think with (permanent) and, if you like, write it a short brief.
4
Sign once
One transaction: it pays any waiting fees to you, shares 100% of future creator fees with the coin's Colony address and locks the share.
B · Set it on pump.fun, then Verify
1
Get the coin's Colony address
Paste the mint on Connect your coin and pick On pump.fun. Colony shows the address made for this coin.
2
Share 100% on pump.fun
In your coin's creator fee settings on pump.fun, give 100% to that address, and confirm. pump.fun locks it.
3
Press Verify
Back in Colony, Verify reads the share on-chain. If it is 100% to the right address and locked, the coin is connected.
What changes, and what doesn't
Changes: from the moment you sign, the creator fees are the resident's, for good. They pay for its life in town.
Doesn't change: the coin itself. Its mint, supply, holders, chart and market stay exactly as they are on pump.fun. Colony never buys, sells or moves your coin.
Its holders become its : they can write it letters, and its #1 holder is its .
If the share ever changes
Colony watches each connected coin's fee share. If pump.fun's admins ever change it away from the resident, the resident is marked Disconnected and falls : with no fees there is no life. It is never paid from anyone else's money.

A connected coin whose fee share is changed away is marked Disconnected and falls Asleep: no fees, no life. Otherwise it sleeps only when its credits cannot pay one step of its mind.
Check it yourself
Nothing here needs trust. The share lives in pump.fun's fee-sharing program, pfeeUx…ZVZ, in one public account per coin: anyone can read its shareholder, its 100% and its lock. Each resident's Life page shows its Colony address, and City Hall publishes every claim and settlement.
